I watched the first movie because I hated it. I wanted to be able to bash Twilight without getting asked: "Have you seen it?" "No" "Then you can't judge" Well, I have seen the first one, its terrible. Now, I want to bash the second, but I haven't seen it yet......am I going to go out of my way to watch the second....no. Instead I am going to hibernate until this new "Pathetic Tween Obsession"...

The only reason I might see this movie is because of Sandra Bullock. Otherwise it looks like a snore fest.

In one scene, someone calls Pippa Lee an enigma. She replies by saying, To be perfectly honest, Ive had enough of being an enigma. I want to be known. Well Pippa, dont get ahead of yourself because its the enigmatic elements that make IThe Private Lives of Pippa LeeI curiously ingenious. Based on the title and the films poster, Id like to bet youve already formulated a slew of preconceived notions. Good for you, because thatll make the...

Yeah, I grew up with Hawkeye. My most memorable moments with his character was in the West Coast Avengers and Solo Avengers.
Great news! In fact, I am looking forward to seeing Renner's cameo appearance in Thor (if he gets cast that is)!!!

A Christmas Carol - discuss it
In Disneys IA Christmas CarolI Ebenezer Scrooge is at his scroogiest. He shouts and bah humbugs until, as the story always goes, he returns home on Christmas Eve to be confronted by a series of ghosts. Little in the now all too familiar tale has been changed for this particular retelling, but its a story ...

I haven't seen the movie, but I hate the reviewer saying bad things about
Life Aquatic. IMO, it's Wes Anderson's best movie. Darjeeling wasn't great,
but it had its charm. I can't wait to see Fantastic Mr. Fox, and if it's as
good as the Tenenbaums, then I'll enjoy it.

Does anyone know if there are plans for a Silmarillion movie? Back in the day I was a huge LOTR fan (still a fan) and I actually liked the Silmarillion more than the Hobbit and the LOTR. I'm excited for the Hobbit, but would go bezerk if I heard the Sil was being adapted, especially if it's by the same guys doing the current ones.

I have the comics for this but haven't read them yet.
They look pretty good. In fact, I might have to check them before the film actually comes out.

Seen the trailer for this a couple of times. It looks exceptionally awful.
However, I will see it of course.
It has ninjas!!!
Side Note:
Anyways, Azumi is still the best ninja flick for me, though.

Great news for Martial Arts fans.
Ong Bak, the original break out Muay Thai movie, is going to screen as a double bill with FIREBALL in selected UK cinemas.
No exact dates yet but this'll be a rare chance for fans to see both movies on the big screen.
As soon as I have times, dates, etc, I'll post up the info.
I can't post links yet but you can see clips of FIREBALL on the ...

I'm really looking forward to this. In fact, I'd bought my ticket for it as soon as I saw that Thomas Newman was attached to score it.
