On the way to Goofy’s Kitchen... So, we just had a fantastic morning, the kids are still excited at being a part of the Jedi show, and we’re off to Goofy’s kitchen via the monorail. We land in Downtown Disney and walk towards the DL Hotel under the wizard hat. Wouldn’t you know it, there’s one of those booths with “Disney’s Best Kept Secret” and a CM with no one...

well its done. vacation 2009 is almost over so here goes my final wrap-up. first the bad #1 they need to find a way to sanitize the cannon-pulls on toystory. every time they were disgusting. (and im no germaphobe). #2 the air filtration system in the HYPERION THEATER is the pits. if you have any breathing issues be prepared to hit your inhaler alot. #3 the queues in fantasyland are a very tight fit made more so by parents with ill behaved...

I have to agree with twindaddy and Koala Gurl. While I am so sorry that your son was injured and had to have stitches, accidents do happen. You did point out that he was tired and not watching where he was walking so I really don't think that Disney will or should pay any part of the medical bills. Now I would pursue it with the insurance company and find out why they aren't paying any portion of the bills. Good luck and hope your...

Yes the photos are something to not forget, make extensive use of the park photographers and check with them for some of them offer special pictures that will put Mickey, Minnie, Capt. Hook, Stitch etc into the pictures with you afterwards. One photographer to look for if you see him is tell RP that your newlyweds, this guy is awesome to the extremes. We were there for our 30th anniversary and no kidding 75 pictures later he was done with us....

Consider yourself lucky! Uncrowded Disneyland is rare these days. This weekend looks to be very crowded due to the 10,000 gamers at the convention center, the filming of the Christmas Special, and the fireworks show.

Oh my gosh! I'm so sorry about your son's injury! Disneyland is definitely the place where you DON'T want to get injured! This has never happened to me before, so I'm not sure if my answers will be correct, but probably your best bet is that if you live close enough to the resort, you can probably stop by Guest Relations by DCA or if you have an AP, you can probably notify them in City Hall at DL...

Make sure you get the just married buttons from guest relations so cast members and other guests will congratulate you. Ask people around you take your picture so both of you will be in them. I look back at our 1997 Honeymoon pictures at Disneyland and I can't believe how much we have changed. Most of all just have the time of your life!

Sounds like you guys had an awesome trip! Despite the parks being busy, Halloweentime at Disneyland is the greatest! I'll be heading down to the resort with family for Christmas at the same time as you are. Have fun at Christmastime!

As if it wasn't obvious before, the fact that I need a Disney fix was glaringly obvious this morning as I posted on another non Disney forum. lol I had at least one Disney reference in both the "sights that make you say WOW" and "sounds that make you go ahhh" threads. lol
There aren't really any new developments. HOJO still hasn't posted March ent rates. I am picking up my new book today ...

Steve~Thanks for the trip report! Very entertaining! You seemed to really like the villas...but did you prefer them over the other hotels on site? We are DVC members and like the DLH and LOVE the Grand, but we thought the points seemed a little high for the villas, though it would be great to have so much space. I guess what I am asking is was it worth spending the extra points?
