I take back what I said about buyers remorse after hitting the trails with this thing. I frikin LOVE this bike, no matter what it's worth. I don't think I could've done much better on a full suspention for $850. I still would like to know the answer to my frame question though.

Yeah... you might want to wait on that one then.

I would suggest you try a coil Fox vanilla shock. I ride it on my 2005 Reign and it is a tremendously plush ride. Moving from the Swinger, to Fox, you may initially notice more pedal bob.....The RP23 may be a good choice, because it will allow you to ramp up the propedal setting when you miss the the Swingers stiffer ride. Even if riding a coil shock, the Reign, at least the 2005 model, pedals very well.

The XTC 2 was only a RRP of $700US in 2008 ... new. The XTC 2 was not a 2007 model ... but the 2008 XTC 2 could have been purchased in the last few months of 2007. You really need a large. I am 5'10" and I ride a Med. TX2. I fits me perfectly but I dont think it would work for anyone much taller than me. Look around. There are ALOT of shops blowing out 09 Trance X's.

I can get it for a good deal, but if its not going to fit I don't mind waiting and spending a couple hundred more.
