how long ago did you get the phone? When you first buy a phone it's best to charge the battery fully before you use it.

The phone tools allow you to manipulate the calendar on the phone from your computer/PC. I was able to use my phone like an
alarm clock to wake me 5 days a week but not on the weekend, a configuration that I don't think you can do from the phone itself.

Since it is under warranty (if it is only 1 month old), and there is no way to do a hardware reset, I would take it in for repair/exchange.

I bought this phone though my company (paid for it myself) in july and just yesterday the hinge broke on the right side. I didn't drop it when it broke (but i have droped it before) ,and i only noticed it because when opened it & it had resistance. Then I noticed a
