If you bought it from an actual AT&T corporate store (not an authorized reseller) then it is one of those things that changed and manual was not updated - I guess that is why they put in the "features may vary" disclaimer in the manual. If you bought it from an authorized reseller it may be a slightly different model.   You could go into a AT&T corporate store and see if their floor model has this feature or...

I could feel a warm spot on the battery cover. A sure sign of the problem. If replacing the battery does not solve the problem, I would send it to Motorola for warranty replacement.

Bought the Tundra because my Razor didn't hold up under my rough usage. The only problem I've had with the phone (besides ATT stuff) is that the text/vmail alert continuously alerts me until I take the appropriate action. It compares to a toddler constantly asking for attention -- except at night the toddler sleeps, but if I receive a text the phone wakes me up -- and keeps waking me until I address it. THIS IS A DEAL BREAKER...

how long ago did you get the phone? When you first buy a phone it's best to charge the battery fully before you use it.

mudbogger- Regarding the issue you are experiencing. I've checked with our Tundra Va76r team and they have requested the software version of your phone to help them investigate further. To get the SW version please go to:  Main Menu > Settings > Phone Settings > Properties , look for AP S/W Version . Mark Support Forums Manager...

The phone tools allow you to manipulate the calendar on the phone from your computer/PC.  I was able to use my phone like an alarm clock to wake me 5 days a week but not on the weekend, a configuration that I don't think you can do from the phone itself.

Since it is under warranty (if it is only 1 month old), and there is no way to do a hardware reset, I would take it in for repair/exchange.

I bought this phone though my company (paid for it myself) in july and just yesterday the hinge broke on the right side. I didn't drop it when it broke (but i have droped it before) ,and i only noticed it because when opened it & it had resistance. Then I noticed a bulge on the right hinge. So I talked to my IT department & they said that i could send it off for warranty but if it came back ...

My investigation  yields ... 1. The Tundra doesn't seem to support all the Sych features. Ford/Synch issue ... see http://www.fordvehicles.com/innovation/sync/featur es/?brand=flm . Click " Phone/Media Player Compatibility Chart" just above the page title. 2. Is this related to what seems like an incompatibility between my current (Motorola) earpiece and the phone, as well...
