I think your best bet is to buy the Motorola Phone Tools since they will have the correct driver for the phone. You might be able to find the drivers somewhere else via Google.

It's hard to believe that Phone Tools do not work with
Windows 7, after all this time. Motorola telephone support in the UK is particularly clueless, but I read somewhere that something will be available in January. Let's hope so and let's hope we get to hear about it,,, Byron

No, there is no wifi. Even if it did have wifi it would not be of much use. The phone has a
WAP browser which is optimized for low bandwidth networks.WAP browsers give you mostly text web pages - having WiFi would not change this - the phone would still have a WAP browser.

Your phone does take a memory card, and you can put music on the memory card. If there is a memory card in your phone, then plugging the phone into the computer should give you a "removable disk" icon and you can
drag and drop (copy paste) music to that memory card. The user manual has more information on page 34. As for headphones, the Motorola store sells them. You can search on ...

If it is new and will not charge, it should be covered under warranty. Have you brought it into an AT&T store?

If it is under warranty, I would take it into an AT&T store.
