A full reset is your only option. I believe you can do this via hardware: Phone off, then hold power and center
Dpad button until menu. You should get a menu asking if you want to reset - say yes.You will lose ALL data. If this doesn't fix it, then it may be hardware related. I found a reference to another method, but i have never tried it: While powered off, turn on the phone ...

How did you manage to get the AT&T firmware on your phone? This doesn't happen by accident as each firmware checks first if it is going on the right device.

If you completely deplete the battery it may take the phone to get to 5-10% charge before it indicates that the phone is charging. Place it on the

Unfortunately this kind of thing could be the network, and it is hard to troubleshoot. I know many people on AT&T with that myphone that have problems with calls - people can't hear them - they have to
call back about 4 or 5 times before they can be heard. I think it is AT&T; especially if it is sporadic. WHen phones fail, they are usually consistent in behavior....
