Q9H - Restarts continiously

If 90% or more of your storage or RAM is used you can have issues - but you are no where near that limit. Is this phone an AT&T phone? If you are not on AT&T how was the unlock achieved - if you didn't get the unlock code from AT&T could someone have hacked an unlock that is causing stability issues?

i purchase it from a mobile store..I asked for an unlocked phone with a qwerty keypad and the options were blackberry or Q9H. But it is quite intresting how it has now gone gone from memory full to the (unlocking method) is it possibe that it could be the phone itself. being so slim could be twisted when we put it in a case clip it to our belt and sit, bend stretch or what ever we do during our normal daily movements

A full reset is your only option. I believe you can do this via hardware: Phone off, then hold power and center Dpad button until menu. You should get a menu asking if you want to reset - say yes.You will lose ALL data. If this doesn't fix it, then it may be hardware related. I found a reference to another method, but i have never tried it: While powered off, turn on the phone ...

First check to make sure that your time zone settings are the same on the phone and on your PC. It is possible that the clock time is correct, but timezones are not. If timezones are correct, then something just got out of whack and you need to manually fix these events. I have used Windows mobile for 10 years and synced with many PCs. I have also had Blackberry and Apple handhelds. ...

How did you manage to get the AT&T firmware on your phone? This doesn't happen by accident as each firmware checks first if it is going on the right device.

If you completely deplete the battery it may take the phone to get to 5-10% charge before it indicates that the phone is charging. Place it on the USB charger overnight. In the morning try to power up as normal. Also, take the battery out of the phone and look for a little white or red paper dot. If it's red you may have gotten the phone wet. It should be white. Unfortunately this kind of thing could be the network, and it is hard to troubleshoot. I know many people on AT&T with that myphone that have problems with calls - people can't hear them - they have to call back about 4 or 5 times before they can be heard. I think it is AT&T; especially if it is sporadic. WHen phones fail, they are usually consistent in behavior....

Do you synch with Outlook? I set all mine up there and Blackberry Connect synchronizes to the phone "over the air".  I have an alarm software that will allow setting up an unlimited number of alarms that are recurring, Chronos by ActiveKitten Software

Hello ajmagnum357 , Could you give us a little more info? How often does it happen? Do you have anything installed on the phone? Please share any info that you may think could be contributing to the restarts.
