I did the same thing with the 4GB card.The EM330 will only reconize the 2GB because thats all it will support. I had to take my 4GB cards back and exchange them for 2GB cards and now they work.   WyDiablo

Most phones do not allow applications to be installed on the memory card. Applications are installed on internal memory, and data goes on the memory card. Is there an option to install the book reader app alone, and then install the books on the memory card?

Thats how I found the motorola support forum, was my initial call to their support line. I figured after the 2 hours i spent on the phone with net 10's customer support, that asking for a replacement card would be a lost cause.

I also had a problem connecting my net10 em326g phone with 2gig sandisk memory card to my computer.
