I thought this message board was for motorcycle talk ONLY???? At least that was the case about a year ago.
At any rate, it's a great idea. What forum did you steal the idea from?Post Edited (MrsZR7) : 9/22/2006 1:49:37 AM GMT Back to Top

Welcome to the forum KristenNc4. I am always glad to see newbies joined the forum especially women riders. I understand where you are coming from because I have been riding over 3 years now and I still feel like a newbie. I have trouble making tight turns. I would suggest that you take the MSF course before going out. They
will teach you how to ride and your confidence will be better than ...

We've been looking for close to a year and haven't really found anything that we like. Hubby did buy some JoeRocket pants, but they're too short on him (he's 6'6") so he has the same boot issue as you. I'd be interested to see what everyone suggests.

Congratulation on passing the
MSF course and congrats on your new first bike. I think if you passed you MSF course well and you have your boyfriend help you learn to ride your 1100 I think if is fine. I learn that a rider can in fact ride any bike as long as you follow what you learn in the course. Practice every chance you get in parking lots. Never ride alone or ride when that little voice...

I have never ridden anyone except for my luggage. I am lucky to balance my weight. I remember when I rode pillion with Kamo and I agree with
Red Head Sue, I like being in control. I think if you have a strong muscles, you would have no problem. I rather ride by myself because if something happen to me while riding, I would hate to know that someone got hurt with me. Yep, no pillions with ...

I found it interesting. I especially like the
volcanic gritty soil in that area of Oregon.
