Thanks ER. I only went through the site for current models and didn't dig too deeply into their history. I almost bought one of the 600s and should have remembered.

Got my new Rider magazine today, and they've got pictures of some of the new bikes in Honda's line up. It looks to me like they have the Yamaha V-Star series squarely in their sights.

When I bought my C90T 3 years ago, I asked the dealer (also a Harley dealer) if it would be ok to wash it down at a car wash. He said they had a power washer in the back, and that's all they ever used to wash customer bikes, and they've never had a problem with any of them. If there's a car wash close, wash the whatsit out of it and don't worry. I usually use their was system, too, just to be safe. My bike is 3 years old...

Honda Shadow RS Now here's a bike I might like. Honda Shadow RS According to the US Honda site the price and specs are still to be announced, but it looks to me to be a shorter wheelbase cruiser with a Sporster-ish style to it. And to me I see it being closer to the Intruder/S50 style than the typical Shadow. One of my likes of the S50 is the relatively rear ...

That's the exact one that I have. I recommend you get the engine guard and saddle bag trim. It really adds to the look. Go ahead and look for someplace to get your tires. At present the only manufactures are Bridgestone and Dunlop. I had a flat and paid $365.00 to replace the back tire. However, there are many more accessories out than at the release of this bike. K & N just started ...

Hi Bob, It was a nice ride, albeit short, really enjoyed it. Connecting to Hwy 99 was straightforward. My wife is jealous because she has to go to work when I'm riding..... [but we'll have some time off together soon]. It was very nice meeting you [in person] and your wife, Bob. Take care. Until next time, E. __________________ ...

It's easy to remove the bulb and test it with a 12v source and check that you have 12v in the socket before you start ripping up wires. You may just have to clean the contacts at the base of the bulb, or replace the bulb.

There would be the noise factor. Also with that large diameter of pipes you may lean out the motor enough that you may need a fuel processor. Back pressure would be reduced and you may get a backfire or pop on decel.

I ride year round weather permitting. Like you I suffered from this last snow storm and put away the bike but ONLY till the roads clear. By clear I mean I will like a reain to wash the salt away or course after the ice is off the roads. I do try to get a wash in during the winter if it shows up signs of salt. Its not a problem to see as I have a black bike. With all that said I have heated ...
