The KB 2.1 will get you to 575-600rwhp or so before belt slip will become a problem. Any other twin screw will require a Eaton swap which requires you to source out many parts.

A short runner will provide a lot more power above 6200 with no hp loss down low. Torque may suffer a little though.

Ok TY. That's what i was thinking for now. I really need to put that money towards something else. Like an auto tranny for example. But besides the springs and cams, is there anything important I should know about a motor from mmr? I was under the impression that the mmr motors were some of the best. Hopefully i won't have any trouble...

Too much torque down low is 100% useless if you cannot get it to the asphalt. From what I understand, the posi units are tougher to drive because of the instant boost and torque, but if you master it, it WILL be fun. Centi's tend to be more forgiving down low and pull like freight trains up top. If street racing is your thing, then I would say stay with a posi unit.

I plan on leaving it at 16psi for the forseeable future.

Eaton recommends a mineral based oil, probably to smooth out "shocks" to the Truetrac in hard usage, but I run 75w140 Mobil 1 synthethetic. I do this because I run an IRS, and I want the lubricating ability of synthetic for the stub axle bearings in the IRS centersection. For what its worth, I have run this lubricant for over three years without any problems with the Truetrac. If I were running a...

I don't think the engine is at the limit of air flow. I would start checking the actual voltage for the maf. You need to find out if there is an electrical problem or parts problem. When the maf flat lines, the computer thinks that is the most amount of air entering the engine and shouldn't increase the fuel delivery (X amount of = X amount of fuel). Maybe the Mafia is clipping the voltage. Try ...
