Yesterday was an unusual one in the recent sales history of Boomerang. Paper copies matched ebook copies. It had been such a long time since that has come anywhere close to happening that I almost forgot there was a paperback version available! Whoops, it looks like the ability to use credits for purchases for friends is unavailable now. It is not clear if they are going to bring it back. Here is a quote from their help section: Quote: At this time, the Buy for Friend option is not available. We are making improvements to this feature to provide a better experience for our customers. It sounds like it will come back, but who knows when.

Thanks for the link. I bought this in eReader format, and the illustrations are so tiny you can hardly tell what anything is. I'm sure it's still nowhere near the resolution of the printed book, but it's still an improvement.

Check and make sure they are in ePub. I downloaded yesterday's deal (The Fury by Jason Pinter) which was free. But, after I got it in my library, I discovered it wasn't in ePub and thus could not be downloaded to my PC. I can read it on-line and also on my iPhone but not on my eBook Reader.
