tried to enter my details in user cp and cause my start weight was 580lb it says incorrect format ...so i must be too fat for this forum...lol...good job i've got skin thicker than i rhino....anyway off in search of a junior whale forum for me to join

I had a bad week last week I had a birthday party and consumed god knows how much, I ate everything going on the table (All Iceland party foods and birthday cake) and drank probably 2 bottles of wine. I felt awful but enjoyed the night. I worried about it for the following 4 days so stayed active, ate lots of fruit and veg and super speed foods, I also cut my syns down to 5 a day, all to limit...

We have had ours for a while now, and we still use it loads, even if it's just for the lush chips, specially sweet potato chips. Yummy, we haven't tried much else. But might now xx

I had the same wet problem - did minw with the vanilla and choc sprinkle mullerlight - next time will add less water, more sweetener as they were a bit plain and might try adding a sachet of choc options to make choc ones?

I think the diary idea is great! Don't get me wrong I am really enjoying being on Extra Easy and have found it to be the best diet I have tried but I think the Slimming World website is really lacking. Weighwatcher's website is far superior to the Slimming World one in my opinion. But I think might try and adapt an A5 diary to use over the day and then update my online food diary in the ...

I'm having Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and NYE off. I hope not to go too mad, but I'm going to have whatever I want on those days.

lemma step away from the scales lock them away somewhere and dont get on them again i used to do it all the time when on ww i have now chucked them away your weight varies at different times of the day. There are some fab ideas for meals on here and on the slimming world website
