woweeeeeeeeee!! Maintainence tomorrow!! Looking forward to it? I too love soft cheese & crackers/oat cakes but i have to avoid them where possible else i litterally could eat the whole tub of cheese & crackers/oat cakes in one sitting! hey experts!! question about mustard on refeed. i've put it in my plan for day 14, but the boyfriend was having a roast beef dinner last night and had some mustard, i was looking at the ingredients and it's just water, mustard seed, vinegar and salt. if we classify mustard seed as a spice (which i'm pretty sure it is) can we have it sooner, providing the one we have has no sugar? just thinking it might liven up one of my...

I am under target now too, it's great isn't it??? We have spent ages being stones and stones over target, now we have managed to get under target, such an achievement, well done. AnneMarie, was just checking your reffed thread to see how you are doing. I am so sorry you were disappointed at your WI. You put huge effort into planning your refeed so this is why you feel so very disappointed. As Jan says, everyone is different. Your body just needs time to readjust. Keep up your good spirits as you will do well.

Hi all Got weighed on Friday and I'd stayed the same......I'm happy with that considering the amount of alcohol and the 'McDonalds' I consumed. Hope everyone's well. You all seem to be doing fantastically!! Keep it up xx

i can't see how a glass now and again would hurt,but if you are that worried your prob will return,i'd stay clear and carry on with just ya water. i have had 2 small glasses of pop in 4 days.i hated the coke coz it was too sweet and sickly. the dandilion and burdock was lovely though but i'm quite happy with the water x
