All looks great - although we arent allowed gravy in refeed. Im glad you are dry roasting your pots & veggies!!! Scrambled eggs - are you just adding milk? Remember no butter or added fats to the toast or eggs. Apart from that it all looks ok. You might find having the full 6oz of chicken/fish etc and 6 pots/8oz pot too much at first but just listen to your body - when its had enough and is full it will tell you - listen to it Good...

Thanks yeah super milk has extra calcium vit d etc its not skimmed its low fat dont know the difference i will look at the labels and see but ill stick to skimmed milk for the refeed mite say it to my doctor and pharmacist as ive always had a low intake of calcium but plan on having lots of natural yogurt etc so hopefully that will give me enough calcium i love the fact my nails are growing in lipotrim so dont want it to end so really want to...

Oh yes- the midwives hammered that one home!! LOL! My poor Mum has all 3 kinds in her fridge for us! Funny enough, after LT I never really went back on milk? I still have my tea black, and if I need milk for sauces I use half milk, half water! I just really have it on cereal the odd time?

Liz I know how you feel, I have been binging since tyhe first week of refeed when I put on 2 lbs. I am 5 lbs heavier today and you would think that it would make me rein in, but I have been even worse today. I don't have the excuse of having a bad time, I have lost all my willpower. I am just rubbish around food. The shakes gave my life structure and I need to find some courage from somewhere soon or I will be sunk. You have been so...

HI Anne-Marie I reckon either of these..although, you could ask not to have the potato or the lemongrass beurre blanc, which I assume is some sort of reduction. Dont have the lime oil mash and maybe ask for the fennel/rocket salad to be without the dressing. What day can you start having carbs? Is it day 3 or 4? I always forget..if Day 4 then forget the couscous, but if not then the ...

You are in a hard place right now. The bingeing and vomiting must stop now. But you know that or you would not have shared this with the forum. Tanya is right that you were so focused to stay on LT whilst going through all that has been happening for you. Perhaps that is the nub of the thing. Losing weight and focussing on LT kept you occupied and distracted from focussing on the things that ...

Hi Claire Day 1 looked ok, but just remember to have the amount of veg/salad it tells you...I know we are so used to thinking veg is "free" but on refeed it is important to just have the right amount. From memory I think it is a TBS of veg...I know I preferred a small bowl of green salad,,seemed more :-) but, just watch what type of veg as well, although all yours was fine. Day 2 ...
