We saw New Moon and I loved it. The theatre wasn't very crowded so we were able to sit far from other people and their snacks. I'm getting ready to do some more laundry, make a bed, and other mundane chores rather than sit and nibble as would in the past. MM

Yay...finally found someone on the same day and the same WI day as me!!! That'll keep me motivated knowing we both have the same targets more or less! I do know about the bars but thanks for the heads up but to be honest only having one flavour shake I think if I didn't have that to look forward to (Well sucking the chocolate off at least.. LOL) I'd go mad! I'm on 3 shakes a day...well 2 if I have the bar! Very hard but...

Day 5
I am on day 5 of CD SS having failed many attempts to re-start CD since last year. My first attempt at CD was end of March last year. I started at 11st 12 and got down to 8st 7 by mid August.
Back from holiday last week, I knew I had to do something about my weight. I was sick and tired of being sick and tired. With a new resolve I am back. I have set myself a goal to stick to CD 100...

Hi Kellyv81,
It is not that unusal to lose a lot fast -- you'll be losing a lot of water and then burning the fat stored in your liver (glygogen). So, enjoy the boost and keep up the good work.

Family life revolves around food, haven't you realised???
That's how it seems in my family, I didn't realise just how much until I was CDing over the summer! It's a shame they just can't let you be...
My personal thoughts: if it is *that* important, do the SS+ day and jump back on it. IMHO one day isn't going to kill you and if you avoid carb-related naughtiness you'll be straight back ...

Yeah with mine it's the same, five minute weigh in and sort out shakes and we're done. Do feel though that I would do a lot better if i had the support that you've had kerry. Feel very on my own with this diet and difficult to keep motivated. Would switch to Lighter life if I could afford it as I've heard you get lots of support there but alas I can't, so thinking of switching to lipotrim?
