After further research, I found this issue is the common phenomenon. In my opinion, as the backup file vhd is stored in one file, it would save space base on the cluster technology, or the vhd file can comprose the original files. At this point, you can feel free to use the computer.

We're beating a dead horse. When you system restore it loads a previous system state but does not restore all of the programs. Residual registry entries may be found as a result. This has bean a known issue for system restore for many years. The effectivness of system restore is another issue entirely. I always avoid that type of device and select basic disks, so that I can just copy what I want to save. I have a server so I use that with Windows Backup.
