You cannot use the same template for the entire year. This is why I suggest using text boxes for events. Hi - I tried the workaround - changing the printer default to another driver (ie OKI) worked for the print preview, but unfortunately when I switched back to actually print it printed in grayscale. If the ticket number is on the front, you can insert the field twice, once
on the left and the same on the right. If you plan to insert the number on
the back you will need to setup two publications. Refer to print preview.

Move all images and other design elements off of the Master Page onto the
main page. ( View Master page). In general limit the use of the Master Page
feature to print publications and not web publications.

Sounds like you created your project in booklet form. If you print out the
file it will assemble in the correct order.

I'd make sure you have no spaces in your data base. Are you manually using
spacing when you insert your fields; such as between the name of the state and
the zip code? Have you tried creating a new publication in step 5 of the mail
merge wizard to see where the spaces are, in all the labels or just some?

Anyone tried looking at Publisher created web pages in Explorer 8?
It seems that without reverting to ' compatibility mode', Safari & Firefox
now do a better job... a typical MS screw up.
The recommendation now has to be to definitely not use Publisher for making
web pages, if it wasn't before, that is!

I have Windows XP w/Service Pack II, Msft. Publisher 2007 and Msft

I have compiled a 4 line mailling list of 220 entries on Msft Excel.
All entries displayed in Excel worksheet.
However, when I boot up Publisher, access the Mail Merge feature, &

In page setup, Advanced (on the right), Type 5.5 width, 4. height. Select folded
card, half page top fold. The mini-preview should say sheet size 5.5 x 8. Be
certain your printer has this custom size as well.
Insert two pages, page 3 will be your message page if you are printing on both
sides. If you use
