Hi - I tried the workaround - changing the printer default to another driver (ie OKI) worked for the print preview, but unfortunately when I switched back to actually print it printed in grayscale. If the ticket number is on the front, you can insert the field twice, once on the left and the same on the right. If you plan to insert the number on the back you will need to setup two publications. Move all images and other design elements off of the Master Page onto the main page. (View Master page). In general limit the use of the Master Page feature to print publications and not web publications. I'd make sure you have no spaces in your data base. Are you manually using spacing when you insert your fields; such as between the name of the state and the zip code? Anyone tried looking at Publisher created web pages in Explorer 8? It seems that without reverting to 'compatibility mode', Safari & Firefox now do a better job... a typical MS screw up. The recommendation now has to be to definitely not use Publisher for making web pages, if it wasn't before, that is!

Top fold? In page setup, Advanced (on the right), Type 5.5 width, 4. height. Select folded card, half page top fold. The mini-preview should say sheet size 5.5 x 8.
