Hi Try changing the volume and while the control appears drag it to the correct screen. It should remember where it was put and re-appear there next time. Sorry for the delay, On my system, when you click anywhere except on the small volume control it auto hides. If there is a red X in the upper right corner, that will also close it. However, I am not familiar with the presentor mouse you are mentioning. It may have software to keep the window open, since it has volume capabilities. I have a huge slideshow with photos that I want to email out. I tried WinZip, but it barely compressed the file at all. Too big for Outlook to send out. Anyone know a way to do this? Thanks!

Wow, how odd. Check your Text Direction settings. There's an icon on the Home tab in the Paragraph Group for Text Direction. Choose the appropriate direction there. Once you have the object formatted the way you want, you can right-click it and choose Set as Default Shape. I'm not positive that will correct what you're describing, though.
