I'm not sure if or how it could be done. I guess I'm having trouble imagining *why* you would want to attach a .pdf file to every email you send. That almost sounds like spam. You use the Office CD to install it. If the Office Pro came bundled with the Old computer as part of the package, then it is likely you bought an OEM version that expires with the PC. I am not aware that a Microsoft Product Called Office Professional Plus exists. You could have copied it incorrectly. But another possibility is that the product key and your media do not match. For example, you could have an upgrade product key and full product media, or vice versa. There is also the possibility that you have OEM media and a retail product key, or vice versa. First of all, you say "Outlook"; I take that literally, e.g. that you mean "Outlook" and not "Outlook Express". The two are VERY different, although the names are similar they are totally different programs (the answer to this question for Outlook Express would be very different, although recovering your mail would still be possible).
