Downloading the add-in is not sufficient. Did you use the installer to install it as well? If Outlook wasn't fully closed during installation, restart your computer and see if it works correctly now. Otherwise, contact Multimap support. Gmail is weird in IMAP period, it doesn't matter which client you use. Just a thought; Depending what options your ISP has on their server you could configure there to send a copy to your gmail account, then on your PC could continue using pop & your mobile gmail - you would'nt have full sycn with the two, but I guess that depends on how much use you make of mail on your phone. I found some differences between the emails.
Those which are kept in inbox have some tags mo X-MS-Has-Attach,
X- MS-Exchange-Organization-SCL, X-MS-TNEF-Correlator,
X-Auto-Response-Suppress.
Maybe helps to find the problem

If outlook doesn't close properly, addresses added during the current
session are not saved to the file. If an NDR is returned, the address is

I previously had pop settings, very easy to operate in outlook just your
standard folders piece of cake .Last week I got a smart ph. that needed
IMAP settings to operate. Contacted my ISP server (Clearwire) and changed

I use MS- Outlook 2007, but it is now tied up indexing a humungously large
set of 19 PST files that I just attached to a new Archive mail profile. My
estimate is that the indexing will take over two more days to be complete.

Renaming an outlook pst is not neccessary, has no impact, and may corrupt
the Profile
