Outlook has no limit on the size of the file you send unless you have an Exchange mailbox (usually found in the work place or in schools). Exchange is often set to have a limit to lessen the burden. If you have antivirus configured to scan your incoming and outgoing email, this can be what's impacting your large attachment. Open Outlook in safe mode to see if this resolves the problem: Start Run outlook.exe /safe (note that there is a...

Search to include hidden for *.pst what files are found, and where?
How did you backup the data files? is any backup of a significant size?
PS Using Explorer to rename pst files and create a new file named
something.pst is a very good way to corrupt the outlook Profile and the data
files.

You can't import dbx files. You can only import from an installation of
Windows Mail.

Not really considering Outlook is running in a much higher security
configuration than Internet Explorer and has a lot of features disabled.
Just curious; why are you accessing the OWA website via Outlook? Ask your
email admin if they also offer direct access to the corporate email servers
via Outlook Anywhere (RPC over HTTP).

My outlook will not allow (CTRL + k) to insert a hyperlink. Nothing happens.
Also if you select INSERT - HYPERLINK FROM THE MENU, it does bring up a box,
but does not have a browse feature, to browse to the correct file.
