Hello, I'm trying to set up a computer set up for guest.  We're using Windows 2000 with the guest account.  How does one set up the guest account to have permanent settings beyond the initial settings that are original to Microsoft.  Specifically, we can't seem to change the regional settings and the homepage settings.  They always reset, as is the case with a guest account.  However, the initial settings have to be set...

The title is pretty self explanatory. Sometimes my computer randomly turns off. Ill unplug it for a while (30-60 minutes) plug it back in, and it'll work for like half an hour. Then it turns off again. Eventually, after anywhere from 1-3 weeks, it works again. What is happening and how can i prevent it?
