Thanks for that info Bob. I just followed your steps that you outlined and was able to get in. I have not seen that issue occur but yesterday someone else indicated that got the message "My Phone service is down for maintenance". Your comment that you made saying "BUT, hitting the browser
back button seems to clear it, and takes me to the correct My Phone page (and signed in)" is very helpful...

Hmm, something is strange. I have only used 3 mg with 500 contacts. At that rate, if I had as many as you I would still have a lot of space left. Have you inadvertantly loaded pictures, music etc?

Not sure why that is happening William. I can connect and sync fine. There have been a few occasions that the server was under maintenance but it should be fine now. If it is still happening, I might try reinstalling the MyPhone app with the latest version

Not sure if there is an item in the Calendar that is causing the issue but I would try removing the phone from the MyPhone Web Portal. Now connect again with your phone and it will setup a
new connection. Hopefully it will sync, if not get back with the results. If it continues, I'll ask someone on the team if there is a way to determine which item is causing the issue.

I'm not quite sure just what happened. I've restored twice and it has worked fine. The first time I restored I had archived everything first then I did the restore
from the archive. The second time, I connected with a new device and it sync'd with my phone. I do agree that there has to be a "smoother" process and I do appreciate your comment. The MyPhone team has been really outstanding in ...

My deleted text are not in the archive folder.
Did you move your
text messages to the archive? If not then they will not be there

Hi racin26, You would just check the items that you want to put back on your phone and click on 'Restore' in the top panel. This would move those items to the phone folder and then later to your phone when it syncs with the service. Thanks,
Koshal

Hi, As a result I have tried ways to mark my files as read-only as these are hiding in many subfolders. This task is really time-consuming and my opinion is thats its just as big a problem, as it is you cant specify which folders to sync in My Phone. I wrote this post about my experinece: http://social.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/MyPhone/t hread/8dee77ec-1bce-4ce1-b6f0-94fcd245886c#8dee77e c-...

I would love to be able to help but this is a Windows Phone forum and we really have no expertise on
Blackberry phones. If you have been syncing your device with Outlook on your PC, then you can still get your contacts. Other than that, I do not know what to suggest.
