There's really no guide for Internet TV. Do you see the Internet TV Tile in the TV strip, if you do you're all set, there's nothing else you need. If not check your firewall settings and make sure all the e*.exe process in %windir%\ehome are allowed to access the Internet.

When saving a movie did you choose High-definition option? In Windows Live Movie Maker there are few possible options when saving a movie: High-defintion (1080p) or (720p), Widescreen and Standard defintion. The first option will give you the best quality. ... It's little strange because previous version of Movie Maker gave little more customization options when saving a movie.

1) Are you able to view the Live TV after restarting the Media Center application or do you have to reboot the computer again to view Live TV?
You may try reinstalling the Windows Media center and see if that can fix the issue.

Higher bitrate videos are choppy on my XBox 360 when used as a media extender. A 720p Xvid/AC3 video halts and stutters when played through the Media Center on the 360.
