No  it is Vista 64 bit. If only it was that easy. Like I said it is last years model. I even offered to pay the difference for the new one that just came out. They can't do that I'm told. My machine now is a 32 bit but  Windows 7 is shipped with both 32 and 64 bit discs You should just be able to install your Windows 7. Unless it's OEM, when you can't.
