Hello jrm13, Try to create a folder on the desktop then copy the dvd contents (long as it is not copy protected) to this folder. Now try the tranfer of these files from this folder to your mp3 player. Also some mp3 players require that you use their software in order to do this. Hope this helps you. Let us know either way.
