Hi, What update was it? Control Panel - Windows Updates. - IF NEEDED - lower left Installed Updates and you can uninstall however I recommend trying to fix it 1st as below. Control Panel - Device Manager - SOUNDS - look for HD Audio - Mine says RealTek High Definition Audio (that is an example and yours may have an entirely different name/maker). i had my computer hooked up to my tv with an hdmi cord and i'm trying to watch a movie on the internet and the sound will only come thru the computer speakers not the tv speakers. Hello jrm13, Try to create a folder on the desktop then copy the dvd contents (long as it is not copy protected) to this folder. Now try the tranfer of these files from this folder to your mp3 player. Also some mp3 players require that you use their software in order to do this. Hope this helps you. Let us know either way. Iv been transfering music from my old pc to this one using a memory stick the last few months and had no problems syncing. However today when I tried to transfer songs from the memory stick my windows media player said I had no files on the stick even though I could play the files in Explorer,could anybody help please. 1 person needs an answer I do too

When using MediaPlayer11, I can rip,burn,etc. but when I try to play cd in car or other media, disc is not recognized or labelled error. I have cleaned my system with prompt command sc /scannow, and no problems exsist. Restoring system did no good, nor did changing formats, any advice? 1 person needs an answer I do too
