Hi, Check Control Panel - Mouse and Keyboard to see if anything is set to Volume Control such as a middel wheel, side button, or a key or "Stuck". Does it do it in all programs? If not check those that do to see if they have programmable "hotkey" or "mouse" activated volume controls.
