Sage, I would expect you to look at the worst, you normally do. I look back no further than our own revolution, there is no need to look anywhere else. There is no color bar here, so stick the race card up your ass as it has not and will not be played in this exercise in futility. You want to start race shit start it elsewhere. i am a minority so I am not going there....If you read, I gave examples of what to attempt before revolution, no...

Never again. And this asshat in the office is no better either. The Conservative platform, if tied in any shape or form to the Religious Right or ANYTHING connected with the words Family Values, is a failure, a joke and something I don't want...

FCC-Mark Lloyd: public stations...

Is this guy nuts or what? I notice he's not saying PBS/CPB, he said "government should establish robust public broadcasting outlets". Seems to me they are established already, unless he is talking of a "new" federal service. Hmmmm! If he is just referring to funding why not just allow the public broadcasters more freedom in the underwriting, or other creative ways to generate funding?

Rev...wake up! If after 236 years you have not figured out that there are 2 political parties that shape our lives...? well, you might as well go back to sleep. You're irrelevant. Want to wake up? The only way to make a change in the next election is for a re-taking of the Republican party by conservative platform. A 3rd party will re-elect Democrats forever. That's how Clinton got elected. I agree with much of what you spew....

You just need to convince enough people that the two parties have failed over and over. And over and over. Last edited by DSAP on Sat Dec 19, 2009 11:20 am; edited 2 times in total

Congressman Wants Critic...

This is the congressman from Florida that uses the floor of Congress to give over-the-top speeches in effort to gain YouTube/media attention, and favor with leftist blogs. The left's Michele Bachmann. Not entirely sure what his intentions are here. It will create many many many many more eye balls to this woman's site, and presumably donations as well. Plus, I can't imagine even his most hardcore left-wing supporters being in...

Same typical fallout stemming from the same 'ol Two-Party bullshit. Just goes to show you why our country keeps getting more and more fucked up by the year. Yeah the government's gonna make the economy better by throwing people out of their homes. The government's gonna improve highway safety by writing more and more seatbelt tickets. And the government's gonna improve security by ...

Medicare is a great example of why we can't do this. Medicare patients do pay into the system. But, as of the last numbers I have seen, they are getting back 4 to 5 times what they put in, on average. Older individuals typically do a good job of saving, and certainly have far more financial resources than the youth of the country. I am fine helping the poor. But private charity would do a ...
