My Applause Electro Acoustic is really quite small. Its the AE128, which has an ultra slim bowl-back on it and its mega light. Might be worth checking out. Opeth used something very similar on Orchid and you can tell when playing it. Plus it was cheap.

Hey guys, After a few of years of playing bass, I want to play some guitar to keep things different. I was looking for a cheap brand guitar and stumbled upon two guitars that caught my eye: The Behringer METALIEN iAXE629 and the Ibanez RG170DX The Ibanez is a little more expensive, but will the build be better (lower action etc)? The Behringer is like $70 cheaper and has USB connection,...

At the Gates Krisiun Gorefest Ramallah (which i dunno if you'd be into cause it's not 'metal') I thought Cryptopsy tunes to C? Bloodbath might, but i'm not sure. Never bothered to try to play anything by them but they're tuned down around there somewhere. I dunno i can probably think of more bands that tune to Bb, rather than B.

Hello I was wondering if anybody here has had any experience with one of these guitars. I recently purchased the aged white model with the blackout pick ups. I have noticed the high strings are really quiet high on the neck when using distortion, especially past the 12th fret. The low strings are fine but as you go higher it's like the volume knob has been turned down. Tapping sounds ...

Did your friends gran have a music collection, or did anyone know her taste? I think the most beutifull and fitting thing for this kind of situation is looking in someones music collection, listening, trying to find something that she liked or would like, and is fitting for that moment.

I've got a small question concerning a technique I use; playing very close to the bridge. I've found that it gives a very sharp and concentrated tone that is pretty nice when picking and as an extra effect in solos. I was just wondering, is this called something with music-theory-terminology?
