MALCOLM Turnbull is fighting to secure a deal in the partyroom after it was revealed government negotiations on an emissions trading scheme were based on no outcome at Copenhagen. I don't get this??? We know the deals are basically off at Copenhagen but Flannery hinted the Usa and China had done a sort of deal.....
