In Ark. some town in the Ozarks i believe? perhaps some 45 yrs ago there was a hill that had a speed limit of 50mph going up the hill and 15mph going down the other side. The hill was so steep that it was impossible to obtain the 50mph needed and i had a mustang with a 289 v8 engine 225hp.
