Re: Official Nets 2009-2010 Game thread Personally I think Frank will continue to be our coach throughout next season as well. The management seem sot be loving him and understanding of why the team hasn't been doing well.

Re: Official Nets 2009-2010 Game thread going by the dallas writers and some of the national writers, johnson was disliked by most of his players. harris in particular came to feel very restricted playing under johnson. there were articles on this stuff around a year and a half ago. i also learned a bit reading the dallasbasketball forums. the dallas players and org were very careful not to point fingers, but you could piece things together...

Re: Official Nets 2009-2010 Game thread Personally i like Avery Johson as is...as a TNT analyst or whatever he does. Dude is the funniest guy on the planet. The way he talks and answers questions. After watching the clip of him falling a few years ago...dude is just a character!

Re: Official Nets 2009-2010 Game thread The Hornets already fired Byron Scott, but it seems that we are gonna keep Frank for this season(but its fine, guess he wont re-sign after his contract is over). We may need to bring back Byron Scott if we do get John Wall, since Scott is proficient at coaching a PGs team.

All I know is that Brook Lopez and Devin Harris are studs. Add one more very good young star to this team and then a good 6th man and they are good to go.

LETS GO NETS!
Btw, is there any way I could change my name? I joined awhile ago (last January) so my name is very out-dated as you can see..
Anyway, I'm not expecting much from the team this year, however I'm excited to see the young core grow, particularly CDR. I loved what I saw from T-Will in that final preseason game, the guy was a monster offensively and defensively.

Ah yes. I assumed eventually there would be a backlash of this overseas decision, but not so soon. A lot of people were likening going abroad to study abroad in college and it's totally different. They're working, not traveling the countryside on weekends or submerging themselves in a culture. They're playing alongside guys who are playing for their livelihood to feed their families and to ...

Its just like last year when they predicted we would be the NBA's worst. What happened? We almost made the playoffs. Those so called "experts" just dont learn.
IMO, were better then the Bucks, Kings, and Knicks. Were probably not making to much noise but I think we'll impress some people.

I got free Nets tickets from the Frank family!
Apparently, Lawrence Frank's house is about 5 minutes from my house and is my friend's neighbor. A couple of friends and I went to visit his house for Halloween and his wife hooked us up with free tickets! How awesome is that? The Frank family is very nice.

Sweet Jesus he has been fun to watch in the last two games, but
particularly tonight against the Heat. I would say - aside from Vince (who
wasn't shooting all that well, but was OUTSTANDING dealing with double and
triple teams all night) - CDR was our best player tonight. That's
incredible considering his extremely sporadic minutes this season. The
thing I love most about the kid, is his ...

if someone hasn't already, should be posted to netsdaily.
