stored energy in our body..? Some of the fat that is consumed will be stored to be used later for fuel. Our bodies will eventually seek out stored energy so it can continue to function normally. Other forms of stored energy come from glycogen, proteins, carbohydrates and muscle tissue.

Workout loads & fitness level... Each person also responds different to the workout loads they put on their self. This holds true for all sports including Basketball, Volleyball and vertical jumping. Depending on how much stress you have put on yourself and what your fitness level is will dictate how fast you can recover ?

Body is taking in nutrients... Whenever we eat our body is taking in nutrients, fat included. As the digestive process starts the body begins to break down this food. The nutrients from the food will be used by the body in various ways. Please tell me what are your suggestions about it ?

A good workout plan ...? You must always have a good workout plan in your overall weight loss plan. Many people prefer to stick to pills and diets that don't really work because they want to avoid having to go through a workout . To them, workouts are painful and they would do anything to avoid having to go through that pain....

3day workout routine ? In fact, a 3day workout routine is all that is needed for one to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
