What are the legalities in making a website under a domain name that includes the actual name of a famous person? Like if you started a website called OprahWinfreyInfo.com just as an example, and you made it into a fansite about Oprah Winfrey? could Oprah come along and say that you are infringing on her name and take the site away from you?
