that site is linking to a TON of content, i did a search on "hardcore" and 18,000 movies were listed... "teen" had almost 17,000 listed..these arent short clips either..

The file size is directly related to the bit rate. An flv could be huge if you encoded it at a high bit rate. That's why everyone is going with h264 encoded .mp4's. h264 compression allows you to use a much lower bit rate and still have really good quality.
