Try wiping down your weatherstrip around the window with a damp rag with some car wash soap on it. Keeping the weatherstrip clean goes a long way against preventing problems like sticking windows, wear from dirt that causes leaks, or glass/paint abrasion. I've seen older cars (as in, early 90's) that had weatherstrip that was so dirty and abrasive it actually wore the paint off down to the metal.

More than likely you have a boost leak. Make/buy a boost leak tester and take a boost leak-down test to see how long it will hold pressure using an air compressor. If it loses pressure quickly, then spray around clamps at various points. Sometime boost leaks will occur on worn valve cover gaskets as well (at least on Neon SRT-4's). But the condition you are experiencing especially on a modded car is that the pressure finally found a weak...

Courtesy of tunersteve How to: title/write/search a new thread I decided to write this up, since lately it seems like more and more people post things with the following: 1 - they haven't read the sticky threads in each section. 2 - they haven't searched. 3 - they create a thread title that is so ambiguous, it hurts their chances of getting answers. So, without further adieu, here are my recommendations for creating a thread. Step...

Well, Since I'm an old guy and old school, I'd wait until I could pay cash for a used car.
Finance charges eat people alive. Don't get eaten.
PS. Still love the shirts.

Lots of moisture on the inside part of the windshield
So winter is almost in and I am seeing lots of moisture develop on the inside side of the windshield in the evening just as I am leaving work. And it's not like light fog which the car's heater can dispense.
It almost looks like heavy condensation to me. So what gives? Leak ...

How big is the parking lot? Park as far away from everyone as physically possible. I have lived in a complex for 4 years, and have had my zoom-zoom hit twice . 2 Other cars we had were each hit once. A couple weeks ago I watched a drunk driver smash into an Elantra in my apt. and I called the cops. Also, I had my Kawi Ninja stolen overnight! LOL watch your sh*t and park in the back, and these ...

i just used a metal saw to cut reliefs into the fender lip, then just took a hammer and beat the fender in until if was almost flat, i used a heat gun to make sure the paint on my fender didnt crack, i really didnt care about the paint on the fender lip so i didnt heat it that much

Mine don't do that a lot. The passenger rear does it a bit, mostly because it's rarely opened. My daughter's Camry windows do it because they're NEVER opened. The A/C runs year-round.

What's your driving position style?
Does anyone here actually drive with your wrist is on top of the steering wheel when driving?
I know it's advised that a person should be able to put their wrist on top of the steering wheel while their back is fully on the seat. I use to drive like this, but I discovered that my footwork ...
