What are the benefits of performing exercises using the pyramid
set system? How does this method compare to 3 or 4 sets to failure?

Well, my powerbar arrived and what an investment. So easy to put up and take down and can be stored easily as it folds back down flat. The only thing is that it's marking the door frame slightly and I'm only 70kg. However, I'm not too houseproud so I can deal with it!! Hi guys. I was just wondering if I should do the fully contraction of the muscle first or at the end when doing isometrics? Example - isometric pull up: Should I start at the bottom or at the top with my chin above the bar? The reason why I ask, is because I've heard that you must increase the
range of motion for each time. But should I do the fully contraction first or last...
