Hi guys. I was just wondering if I should do the fully contraction of the muscle first or at the end when doing isometrics? Example - isometric pull up: Should I start at the bottom or at the top with my chin above the bar? The reason why I ask, is because I've heard that you must increase the range of motion for each time. But should I do the fully contraction first or last...

Well, my powerbar arrived and what an investment. So easy to put up and take down and can be stored easily as it folds back down flat. The only thing is that it's marking the door frame slightly and I'm only 70kg. However, I'm not too houseproud so I can deal with it!! As for my workout, this is what I have been doing for the last couple of weeks: 6 x 5 reps of pull-ups with undehand ...

What are the benefits of performing exercises using the pyramid set system? How does this method compare to 3 or 4 sets to failure?

Anyone read it? I ordered it when it first came out and misplaced it, never got to read it, just skimmed through it. Now I ordered it again, cause it's still free. From what I recall it's more comprehensive than beast skills in terms of one leg one arm stuff. So if anyone can share their routine from it, I would appreciate it.

is there any benefit on doing crunches while hanging by the legs from a pullup bar? or any particular range of motion that would be best?(ie: from perpendicular to parallel to the floor, or something like that)
