I use a hybrid... they are gel-wraps Basically, think of a thin glove, but with some gel over the knuckles and a cotton hand-wrap attached to the lot. Works wonders! I still do use my plain cotton wraps every now and then, but the gel ones are just so much nicer! M.

Hi, guys I have been lurking lately, and after talking to some of the more senior members of this thread-- MT has once again sparked my fascination. And I know this question gets asked time and time again. But seriously I know that there MUST be a certain age in which one should train in a martial sport to become very skillful. And as I am slowly learning this fact-- I am becoming VERY ...

Hello all! I've been reading the forums here for a little while now, and I've always had an interest in Muay Thai boxing as well as Muay Boran.
