Sucks when you're rig is your DD don't it. I wanted to get some wheeling in while i was home from school for thanksgiving, but if i broke anything I'd have no way of getting back to school. Can't take the chance.

turns out derek's idea is coming through because of some luck, maybe things will turn around on this stupid thing...knock on wood... a guy in my jeep club was going to build a 44/8.8 and put it under his xj this winter, but decided(today) he might as well go 1 tons on it and save doing the work twice...so he's selling the 44/8.8....so theres my new 8.8 housing, already stripped really really every single spot has been checked on it,...

Yeah... I might have a couple of stupid parked pics, but it wasn't anything really tricky, or pic worthy. I'm planning some trimming and possibly limit straps this weekend, and then another outing the weekend after. There should be some pics from that.

Build day 1: The UN-BUILD I'm installing JK Rubicon 44s in my niner. This is my adventure. Well, I did add something, but I removed a whole bunch. The first thing I did was to swap spares. I’m replacing my 32x11.5x15 BFG AT ko’s on Eagle alloy wheels with Mickey Thompson Radial MTZs in 33x12.5x17 on OEM Jeep JK wheels. I knew the MTZ in this size ran big. With no load they ...

I bought it new in Septemer 2003...once my tires were worn out I picked up a set of BFG AT's and a purty little brush guard + PIAA's... Less than a year after that I decided to get a budget 4" lift from kolak consisting of OME HD coils + 2" terra bb : As silly as it is I still do love the wya it looks with the guard, but before my first outing to PAP I knew it ...

Hey I've been around here a while and finally decided to post my junk. I got my ZJ two years ago I traded my uncle a 2004 Kawasaki KX250F for it. A 93' ZJ silver with the wood paneling. Hence where the nickname "Splinter" comes in, pretty much instantly painted the wood black, but the nickname always has stuck. Anyways heres some specs and picks of the slow build up. Started out...

So, nothing from when I first got it, but this is pretty close - sold my 96 XJ and bought my 96 ZJ from my folks so I could pull my popup camper a little bit better. As of this pic, I had just put 30x9.50 Yokohama Geolandars on, and had put my CB antenna on About a year after I got it, after just having done some mild trails (Rollins pass and equivalent), ArloGuthroJeep brought me up ...

WK Build Begins After about 5 months of thought and planning, I've finally begun the build of my 2008 WK. This is and will remain a daily driver, but I want it to be as capable as a 4" lifted, 33 or 34" tired WK can be. I doubt this WK will ever make it over French's Creek on Holy Cross or Pritchett Canyon, but it'll easily handle Golden ...

Been a while since I've updated this! Since the last post, I have installed Clayton's Long Arms, you can read about that here: http://www.mallcrawlin.com/forum/showthread.php?t= 8165 The long arms have been working great, just need a bit more lift up front, with 3.5" it's a little low for the long arms and the front driver side arm makes contact with the frame rail during heavy baja ...
