Oily T-Zone Tip
Published (2009-11-21 20:31:00)
I just remembered a great technique I have learned to do over the years. If you have oily T zone issues do NOT moisturize your nose in the morning at all, instead use an oil absorbing toner and cleanser before your makeup. Moisturize the nose only in the evening with an oil free moisturizer. and never use rich creams on the forehead unless you use a toner.

The good news is that whatever it is, if it is a product and not ingested there is almost always a replacement for it that will work without the same irritation. It's all trial and error usually. Hope you find your solution hun.

Kiehls is good. Apparantly from where I buy lots of my skin care products. Kiehl's line is being purchased a lot. I like estee lauder. I have products from both. Yesterday I bought the capture r60/80 Dior line. I love to try new products. And test them out. Perhaps you should too and you'll find one that really works for your skin. I don't have wrinkles or anything! I'm 23! Lol but yes. Prevention is key.

I'm converting all my skin care products, including cleanser, moisturizer and eye cream to natural and oil free stuff. I have milia around my eyes and oil just makes them worse and I've just realized how much chemicals I put on my face everyday so now I want to go green ^^ I'm eyeing on some brands such as Alba Botanica or Beauty Without Cruelty. They seem to be good, and well priced for a student like me. Do you know any good...

When considering a new product, even a natural one, do a "mini-patch test" first to see if it causes a reaction. Put a sample of the product on your inner wrist or elbow and wait 24 hours to see if a reaction occurs. Before using any cosmetic products, read its labels. Look out for active ingredients that can obviously trigger an allergic reaction to your skin. Find products or alternatives that do not contain such...

Lol, to me Laneige is expensive, but that's because Sephora likes to up the prices, and online it's like with asian cosmetics, they like to make us pay more than the real price and sometimes i think it's really too much (do they really think we won't notice?). Anyway, i have Laneige's waterbank moisturizer, and i love it, but it's either it or my sunscreen, not both. I tried applying one after another and vice...

red wine reactions like this are common, you just have to wait it out and the rash should go in a few days once the chemicals in the wine have left your body. otherwise see your doctor.

I'm repeating myself but only Tretinoin has been clinically proven to reduce or eliminate a wrinkle. Botox is only an expensive, temporary solution.

So, the little bumps came up after you had the wax? That is a fairly normal reaction for someone that hasn't had their upper lip waxed very often. It's a sensitive area, give it time and it will be less and less each time you wax. Sometimes it can be a first time experience and then won't happen again, if it does, pop a little lavender oil on and it and it will help calm it down.

Almy Pure Blends line is 92-97+% natural and I have been using their foundation which is absolutely amazing. It does not feel like makeup, it smells great, it has antioxidants and plant based ingredients.

Oh I deal with this and it sucks. This is why I wear eyeshadow like 2 x a year because my eyes usually have the worst allegy issues. I really leave it alone sometimes. I do have medicine from my derm but after a while my skin doesnt want it. The medication does work but i have recurring allergies which sucks! I change what im doing all the time. Right now im cleansing with cetaphil.

What anti aging products would you recommend for skin that's extremely dry. I also am very prone to allergy. Is there any natural product around that works well?

Definitely worth the splurge. It would be perfect for you since you have blackheads. It cleans deep into your pores to remove blackheads and any leftover makeup. I use it and it's fantastic!

Along my search for BB cream, i stumbled accross that website, and discovered korean women, asian women in general, follow a tougher regimen than us
Here's the 5-step routine:
1. Double cleansing ---> 2. Massage & mask ---> 3. Tone ---> 4. Essence ---> 5. Moisturize
Phew! Let's find out in detail what each step is all about.
