le pea wrote: would you rather buy the tarte treasure chest or urban decay's book of shadows vol II? hi le pea...I wud get the Tarte Treasure Chest instead...u get 32 eyeshadows rather than 16 with urban decay plus u also get 16 lipglosses, 4 blushes and a highlighter and a bronzer. It's a much better deal for just $4 extra. They also have very similar shadows so u wudn't be missing out on any colors from urban decay. The...

Beauty From The Earth Swatches!

Hi Ladies! I did a pick 20 jars set from BFTE, and they arrived today. Shipping to Canada only took about 10 Business days. I was so excited that I had to do some swatches. All of them are done dry, with no base. I can't wait to foil these! There was a free (full size!) jar in my order, Lagoon. Also, there was a sample of Amber. I was not supposed to receive Big Island. I had ordered Big Ego (a dark purple), but these things happen, and...

Still, I'm curious if the white primer works like the Milk jumbo pencil? Cause then it could be used as a base rather than a primer. I'm curious too but I'm afraid to buy anymore. I always use that Loreal Decrease and the Milk jumbo pencil before and never had problems...

carolinemontreal wrote: I absolutely second the nail polish blog I discovered an awful truth : I think I am allergic to some shades or nail polish , how sad My eyelids get swollen and itchy (I did that reaction a few years ago but only to heavily shimmery polishes) Do you know a nail polish make that is hypoallergenic ??? Caro xxx Zoya is a brand you could try. Their lacquer doesn't contain formaldehyde, toluene, camphor or DBP....

My boyfriend bought me a get started kit for Christmas. Ive seen the infomercials so I was excited. I WILL say that I LIKE the product, but maybe Im not doing it right, because it never looks as good as it does on tv. However, If you have an ulta nearby, you can go in and theyll match you and everything for free, so you can see how YOU like it, and how it holds up for you throughout the day! + ...

How are the color payoff's with the Tarte Treasure chest? I saw this online a week ago and really wanted to get it but i've never tried anything of theirs other than their eyeliner. There are so many colors in that "treasure chest" and its not a bad price at all for everything you get.

I only have 2 but I really like them. I think the quality of the pigment is great! However, the little bottles they come in are terrible. I suggest putting them into small jars. I haven't tried pressing them. I'll see if I can go swatch them in a little bit after my boys are asleep.
