Here's another++++ Easy Taboulleh Microwave one box Near East couscous according to package directions. Try putting your hands on a step first, but make sure your back is still straight rop Slowly find lower steps. Eventually you'll be able to do it comfortably on the ground :)

Ouch. That's really mean. Is she toxic otherwise? For what it's worth, some of it r/o may be a bit generational, in terms of lifting and such. My mom's never been into heavy weights, either, preferring circuit-style stuff and higher reps. I know there are some middle-aged women on here that lift heavy, but I tend to think they are a minority... The 'weights are for men' thing is rampant even ...

I hear you I hate the outlaws cooking too, luckily we've resorted to going to the country club, no + fuss, no mess, and I can selectively pick my food, will fill up on shrimp and salad, then add some Turkey on top. I like this much better.

Check out whfoods.com, healthy cookbooks and magazines ( at the library if r/o budget is an issue - or even browsing in bookstores, sometimes something catches my eye and gives me a good idea). Whole wheat pasta, quinoa and oats are all low-cost healthy carbs. Potatoes, though they get a bad rap, are inexpensive and nutritious (just don't deep fry them, LOL - roast with some EVOO and herbs). ...

I've done all 3.. started with p90x, became a coach, and now am hooked on their products! CLX is+ GREAT. Really helps you get stronger and leaner. She's very into heavy lifting which is exciting since most women are not. I used to do p90x at my BF's house and he had a pull up bar. I now do it at home w my mom and we can't get a pull up bar either, but we just loop bands around something high...
