When a picture is saved from an email it gets saved in your camera roll. So, IDK what you mean by saved it in an album.

Like mentioned above sounds like its blacklisted. Try getting her to contact 02 so they can remove the block or sell it to someone in another country where the 02's blacklis doesnt matter. Or just use it as an ipod Touch.

No way to do this after it's been stolen.

You can do this yourself without installing anything. Just restore the phone, then go to Settings - General - Network - Cellular Data, and change the Cellular Data APN login to something fictitious. Restart the phone, check that your changes have been saved. That's all the app does anyway.

Yeah man thats what i been trying to ask the whole time. I have a phone that im ready to buy from a guy off craigslist in my area and im just waiting to give him the cash. Ill just buy the phone and pop in the sim then continue like normal without an extra 30 dollars a month

You can restore those pictures to your phone from your backup. That's the only way I know of getting data out of an iPhone backup.
