Nope. AT&T requires a data plan for ALL smartphones (including iPhone, BlackBerry, etc.).
Besides, the data plan is what makes the iPhone worth it Internet everywhere.

First possible iPhone equal....
So I was watching a demo of the HTC passion aka " snapdragon" on Youtube and I am very impressed. It's quick, apps, fluid, great looking screen, nice size. Of all the phones out and upcoming, this looks to be the one that may compete the best.
Thoughts?...
