I don't use Aperture, so take my suggestion with a grain of salt. I may not be completely clear on the problem, but I wonder if it can be fixed in the same way as iTunes, when the window is too big and the resize lower right corner is no longer on the screen. Can you hold the Option key and press the green button in the top left corner?

Given that it throws stuff in the ~/library, I doubt very much you can do this. That being said, try installing iWork on a flash drive and report back your success/failure.

sheesh... a DVD drive will NOT burn blu-ray diskss. The laser is different. You can buy an external blu-ray burner that can be used from the Mac.

Hi, i have exactly the same problem as you, i tried Adium and MSN (updated) and my screen name still disapear on every log on... So now i dont know, its pissing my off... i hope some1 can help

I copied over both my iTunes and iPhoto libraries this past weekend from a G4 iBook running Leopard to a 27" i7 iMac running Snow Leopard of course. All I did was hook an ethernet cable between the two computers, turned on File Sharing, then copied over the full iTunes directory and the full iPhoto directory. Yes... I'm experiencing the same and more. Street View behaves very oddly... my mouse pointer does not follow Google's highlighted area.

Could use web interface. Or Maill.app If I recall you set "leave on server" for like a week in Advanced tab of accounts.
