3.01 seemed to solve many of the issues I was noticing with 3.0. However, I do notice one very tangible difference. In prior (to 3.0) versions, if you clicked on the drop down arrow next to the TV icon in itunes, it would show essentially a copy of all of your music, movies, tv shows, etc folders in iTunes. I don't think anyone really knows what the contracts are, but based on AT&T's 10K disclosures, I'd guess the 2 years + 2 more years scenario is probably right. I also doubt there is any "no CDMA anywhere in the world" clause.
