3.01 seemed to solve many of the issues I was noticing with 3.0. However, I do notice one very tangible difference. In prior (to 3.0) versions, if you clicked on the drop down arrow next to the TV icon in itunes, it would show essentially a copy of all of your music, movies, tv shows, etc folders in iTunes. You could click them and it would show ghosted-out (faded) lists of all of the same music, movies, tv shows, etc in the main area. You...

I don't think anyone really knows what the contracts are, but based on AT&T's 10K disclosures, I'd guess the 2 years + 2 more years scenario is probably right. I also doubt there is any "no CDMA anywhere in the world" clause.

I think the great unknown here is whether this guy has been negotiating content deals with Apple and really knows about it or whether he is assuming it will be on it's way from the sheer volume of rumours like everyone else.
