It could also depend on the router that creates the wireless network, so what router do you use?

I have felt this on occasion and have noticed no
adverse effects.

If you need it now, get it.
The updates usually come out in Jan. *not guaranteed, just based on history.
There is nothing girly about the white MB. What makes you think that?

Take it off. They may have to replace the top case.

The trackpad only is one button, but you can set the bottom right or left corner for the right click.
Have you looked at
System Preferences > Trackpad if any changes have been made?
Have you tried repairing permissions via Disk Utility?
If a hardware error persists, you can always contact Apple Support.

i think the 9600 is only worth it for gaming, 9400m really just does not cut it for current generation stuff

A new battery should last around 4 hours, depending on what you are doing.

I think the matte crew is more
outspoken on forums. In terms of sales however, glossy always leads over matte.

I'm not sure that the battery counts, but this next repair would be your fourth, which would mean that you qualify.

What you should be more worried about, is that the seller sells the machine for 1000$ less than its actual worth.

It smells like a scam.
