There may be a rise in demand soon.

UK Banks WIN Bank Charges Case
Published (2009-11-25 11:31:00)
DrSamuelJackson tweeted something that made me smile with relevance to this: Overdraft (n.) Short Length of Rope that a BANK does employ both as a Lead, a Rein & a NOOSE for its Customer I don't know what I think, I haven't looked too closely at the details but from skimming it, sounds like AppleMatt is spot on. Banks taking the piss and getting away with it, I think that's a huge shame.

I wouldn't have tipped either. Once an old man told me at one of my tables, that tips meant to insure proper service . I being a server myself don't like tipping when servers do a crappy job either. I know how the job is supposed to be done, and don't like when servers aren't attentive or nice.
