What's Happened to Inside Mac Radio? Hi all! I've been a subscriber to Inside Mac Radio, Inside Digital Design and Inside Digital Photo Podcasts for a long time. I've not received a podcast from any of them for months. Does anyone know what's going on with them? Have they packed it in? Cheers Q

It's not that the G5s were unstable, its just that the intels are significantly faster per watt, and Apple have almost completely phased them out. After experiencing the speed of Intel, I would only use a PPC machine as a file and print server.

I haven't used ubuntu in 2 years so bear with me, but I think when it says updates available there will be a box that says new distro available or something just click on that in update manager.

Blu Ray isnt going any where for a long time Blu Ray has outlsold dvds more than half in there first 3 years than dvd did and now blu rays are just about the price of a DVD now so if you have a high deff tv i would Highley recomend any one get a blu ray player you can even get a player for atleast 150 bucks lowest ive seen so far Target had one on sale a few weeks ago for even $99.

All we have are PC's in our house, but I love my iPhone. I've had many iPods, etc before but I wanted an all in one device. I don't care about jailbreaking, I don't see the need for it anymore. My iPhone does everything I need it to do. iPod, text, games/apps, internet and maps for when I get lost out on the road...I very rarely use the phone part. The iPhone fits all my needs, sorry it...

The best thing to do is call your local favorite stores. Since you posted this on Apple, Industry and Internet Discussion, I'm guessing you mean Apple stores, but this applies to all stores. Go ahead and call. Stores LOVE black Friday for sales, and often have door buster sales to get people excited, and they'd love to share their BF specials with you over the phone.
