Plague spitter Vs Planeswalker

yes. it's non-combat damage and you control the source, so you can redirect the 1 damage dealt to your opponent to their planeswalker instead.

Pithing Needle

You're a bit off here. The Pithing Needle is cast, resolves and enters the battlefield. However, its ability generates a replacement effect modifying how it enters the battlefield: as it does so, you name a card. So the upshot is that you don't have to name it until the Needle is resolving, anyway.

Just about the only thing you cannot do is make your opponent concede. You make all other game decisions for that player for the duration of his turn. This includes choices he makes as the resolution of a spell or ability, like dividing or choosing piles for Fact or Fiction

Tooth & Nail Instant Win?

It's not exactly an instant win though as your opponent could have cards in play, especially in a multi-player game.

Godo untaps itself and the other Samurai when his trigger resolves, which is still in the declare attackers step of the first combat phase.
You are correct that by casting Savage Beating during the first combat phase, it will create an additional phase but your creatures will not be untapped for that one because they will be attacking a second time, so the thing to do is attack again in the ...

1. Correct, the target for the target of Hindering Light is checked upon Hindering Light's resolution to see if it is still a legal target for Hindering Light.
2. No you cannot. It still has multiple targets
10/1/2008: If a spell targets multiple things, you can't target it with Swerve, even if all but one of those targets has become illegal.

To counter a spell is to remove it from the stack, and place it in it's owners graveyard. The spell that got countered has no effect.
It is a very common card mechanic for blue.

Neither. Library of Leng 's current wording doesn't contain any skip effects, it simply states "You have no maximum hand size."

It remembers nothing about its previous existence, and since it's being put

Everything is destroyed simultaneously, so at the point of destruction, all
your creatures will be indestructible.

You cannot do what you described, casting Infernal Tutor , passing priority, getting it back, and then activating Lion's Eye Diamond . Instead of activating LED, your Infernal Tutor would begin resolving.
You will have to cast Infernal Tutor, explicitly retain priority (say "I hold priority") and then activate LED, then pass priority (the LED did resolve immediately though). Then, yes, ...

Each Valakut will trigger 6 times.
The Active Player's triggered abilities will go on the stack first, then the non-Active Player. Assuming Player A cast Warp World on his turn, the Player B's will resolve first.

nope. bridge from below has an "intervening-if" clause, which means it checks when it resolves. since the bridge is no longer in the graveyard, you won't get your tokens.
