Hi, good luck with your first
infusion. I hope that it helps you as much as it has helped me.
I am on infusion #13.
I would bring something to read or if you have any hobbies that you can do easily bring that.
It takes a while as I am sure you know and it is nice to have something that occupies the time.

Unfortunately, no.
The best thing to do is eat well, rest, exercise and try as silly as this sounds, to
reduce stress as much as possible.
Like the doctor said, take care of yourself.
I am sorry you have to deal with this. I hope that you stay well while you go through this very stressful and painful time.

Karen,
We are like you - we don't
socialize with our neighbors although, I know a few just because our kids have grown up together.
There have been a couple of rumors around the neighborhood about us and I am sure there is probably more than I am aware of.
We tend to ignore what "appears" to be floating around about us and figure if they are talking about us they are leaving ...

i am sorry to hear that! but glad to meet you.
i am no doctor, so who knows if what i am saying is accurate. what i know is that if a parent has MS, the child has a 3% chance of developing MS. it is very low. i would not put my son through the testing of MS unless he were exhibiting symptoms (he is almost a year and a half).
also, MS is usually defined by
lesions, not tumors. so my...

Something is
inhibiting you breathing is certainly a reason to call IMHO.
If he can't see you, a general practioner might.
Call. This could be serious. You could have swallowed wrong. You could have choked worse than you did with horrific results.
Call. Most docs have services and he may call you back and relieve your mind if nothing else.
hugs

i would say an optemologist. as they are actually specialists. in fact, when i was having my first bout of ON, only symptom that i was even aware of was eye pressure, my
optometrist wouldn't even see me and they recommended the optemologist i see now. good luck!

Hey Kylie,
I am 24 too. I have been on Copaxone for 25 days and am having the same issue. Everyone I talk to says the lumps diminish after 2 or 3 months. My lumps are HUGE like as big around as a coffee cup rim sometimes. How big are yours? I usually have
2 a day that itch. I have been taking Zyrtec which helps with the itching but it makes me so sleepy. Are you using the Auto Inject?
ttyl!...

This is embarrassing to talk about but I guess if I can't do it here I can't do it anywhere!
I am not able to hold "it" when I have to urinate anymore. When I have to go I have to get to the toilet right away or I
lose control. Because of mobility issues I can not run to the bathroom.
Anyone have any suggestions? I see different drugs advertised on TV and am wondering if anyone has any ...

Hi
Stumpy, I just read somewhere on this site today that if a persons
mother or father has MS that your chances to inherit it are only 3%. I
don't know if this is really true, just what I read.

I haven't noticed 50s, but I certainly have to count
over and over.
Frustrating. I have my daughter count if I'm in a hurry.
We'll surviv e this one, too!
