Hello and thanks in advance!!! I had wss2.0 installed for a team foundation server installation and I have recently upgraded to wss3.0 when moving to TFS2008. The issue I'm seeing is that the sites created in wss2.0 that were not created by TFS are sitting at http://<servername>/<sitename> the ones created by TFS are at http://<servername>/sites/<sitename > I am...

Hi there, I'm hoping someone can point me in the right direction here. As part of the pre-requisites for upgrading from 2003 to 2007, I installed .net framework 2.0 plus security updates, then had to issue a command to make asp.net version 2.0 available for each site within IIS. Typically something to do with your browser (but maybe not). Use instead the free Editor referenced here http: //wss.asaris.de/sites/walsh/Lists/WSSv3%20FAQ /DispForm.aspx?ID=962 (radEditor Lite for MOSS 2007 (free - telerik with Microsoft)) Moving to the Admin forum. This is not a customization issue....

Hi, We installed websio calendar on our server and it worked fine, then we installed it on our client's server, it gave us javascript error, then we realized that the virtual directory _wpresources contents are not visible through browser, it does not give any access denied or other error but shows blank. Physical path on our and client's server is same: C:\Program Files\Common Files\...

If make an admin a local admin on all sharepoint servers(and by default a member of the FA group) are there any functions the user will not be able to perform?

hi all, our user has a problem with adding new user in Owner group: this user includes in owner group and he tries to add new user in tihs group, but he gets an error "You do not have permission to add users to the selected SharePoint group." which additional permissions must the user have?
