So, I asked a very simple question regarding the installation of the code 4 fun vista p2p kit. Everytime i try and load the source code, i need some kind of certificate password. Microsoft claims to offer "codeless" development through this utility with drag and drop functionality... where is it? and why was my previous post deleted? Because i mentioned this kind of support and development is why people switch to linux?

hi, I'm having problems in debugging the program i make in - C# - C++ - Visual Basic.... 3 of them... Sometimes the program doesn't do anything even when i click.... and it suddenly minimizes... and then it opens up.. and then i can click on the stuff there but still i can't debug, I've tried repairing it but no luck... The same thing happens... It worked properly like (guess) 2 weeks back.. and yea, last time i tried it...

hello ji, no problem. the issue is not mission-critical, just annoying. the only solution that i see would be to provide a system-wide default .vssettings file for all users. if a domain user without a local profile logs in, he should automatically get the settings of (for example) c:\default.vssettings. is there a way to define such a single default settings file for all users? greetings, abe.

Hi for some reason the tip in the link does not help and when I try and reinstall visual studio 2008 I get a new error: The application data folder for microsoft document explorer could not be created.

Thanks for your responce YiChun. I tried to install Visual c++ 2008 express edition but it failed at the prereqs, saying that setup.exe has stopped working. Here's a screenshot of the basic information about my computer to clarify my OS and what not.. http://img28.imageshack.us/img28/7042/31268373.jpg I also used the collect tool anyways and uploaded the vslogs.cab file onto SkyDrive. I'm not exactly sure how to post a link of it so...

I had the same problem, the verification email is sent and when I tried to get the key the page was not loaded. The problem was the browser. I changed Firefox with IE and I got the key without problem.
